Project: Business card and letterhead design for Chili Party. 
Client: The Chili Party restaurant chain is catering to a young demographic by providing affordable Mexican food in a festive environment. The mood is upbeat and fun, with music an integral part of the experience. While modestly priced, the food is both nutritious and uses healthy ingredients derived from sustainable, equitable sources in Mexico itself: at least that's what the huge corporation behind the new chain claims.
Design Requirements: The restaurants attempt to recreate small-town Mexicana of another era, perhaps one that never existed. Waiters and waitresses are garbed in folkloric costumes, the dining areas are colorful and relaxed, while music is in the air—as well as the tempting smells of the all-chili menu. The design needs to embody these characteristics, and use at least one of the chain's four musical pepper figures. The use of color and typography is up to the designer, although employing Fiesta is strongly discouraged.
