AbleStock Design Brief 8
Project: A design for a mailer to promote a new sushi delivery service.
Client: The client, Blazing Sushi, is a specialist in home delivery of sushi, busily opening up new markets across North America.
Audience: Sushi has broad and growing appeal across generations and income categories. Consuming sushi at home or at the office makes perfect sense, since there is little the traditional restaurant experience can add to it.
Design Requirements: This will be a full-color mailer on card stock sent to residents and businesses near new Blazing Sushi franchises. The design requirement is only one side of the mailer, with the client adding various details regarding the product and ordering on the other side. The dimensions of the design should be in a ratio that will work for the mailer size of 8 inches wide by 4 high. The client prefers a colorful approach that conveys the brand message of trusted quality, nutritious ingredients and speeedy, reliable delivery. Photos illustrating concepts related to the product have been provided from the AbleStock.com collection, but alternative or supporting imagery from the stock.xchng site, or other sources for which the designer has permission, may also be used. Tuna fanciers take note: We don't use the endangered blue fin tuna. We use only yellow fin, which also provides leaner meat for both sashimi and nigiri.
