Billing, Invoicing, Time management Software

Does anybody have a suggestion for software
that can act as time tracking, billing type software
for freelance work. I am starting a small freelance operation from home an need something to log time,
keep records bill and take care of financial things as well, I guess kind of like Quickbooks, but not.

I would suggest trying Replicon's simple to use cloud based time management software

It has most of the features you had been looking for I think since I had been using this application since quite some time.
